At concepts like for example Nope is Dope, Sneakerz, Sappig, Chocolatin all across Holland and even Spain and Turkey they have proven their Dj skills to be well-matched to their production skills. A Dj set performed by Bassjackers is an energetic mix of various styles which can be minimal to latin and techhouse to jacking beats, offcourse their dj sets are also packed with own productions and edits which makes their performance one of a kind, absolutely everything is possible when Bassjackers enters the Dj booth but one thing is guaranteed; they will break down the house!!
Bassjackers aka Ralph van Hilst and Marlon Flohr decided to join forces just at the beginning of 2007 but things went really fast from then on. After their debut track "beat cut" they did remixes for artists like Ron Carroll (USA), Funkwerkstatt (DE), JoshtheFunky1(US), Oliver Twizt, Groovenatics and many others. Their next track "Juicy Lucy" gave them even more exposure, this track was hammered at the dutch radio (3FM) for weeks in a row by Lucien Foort and he even played it live at dutch television at NYE. New remix requests followed and new tracks "Klambu" and "Enowapi" were released and also got heavy support and used on various compilation cds. Their new EP Sujo is on its way and is already requested by djs and party people from all around the world!!
Bassjackers tracks get support of national and international Djs like Roger Sanchez, Fedde le Grand, Mark Knight, Laidback Luke, Erick E, Bart B More and Baggi Begovic.
Recently Bassjackers got to mix volume 3 for hollands finest house concept: nope is dope. This cd stormed the album charts and lasted there for 9 weeks, which is quite an accomplishment.
