Ear Jerker is the newest addition to the TMG roster. His sound and style is strictly his own and has gained him significant notice in both the digital and live space. Ear Jerker, aka Hank Kallen, is a relatively new San Francisco artist with an already staggering size body of work. The Signal:Noise release marks his largest release to date with 5 original tracks and two remixes from fellow SF producers, Baan and Manics, all with a unique takes on club music at 110bpm. This collection of slick tunes with head bobbing stories are without a doubt a completely fresh and clear headed perspective on the Moombahton movement.
Ear Jerker, aka Hank Kalleen, is a San Francisco based producer and DJ specializing in Moombahton and other forms of tropical electronic music. He started his career a bit over a year ago with two strong releases on Bad Shoes Records, Infinitesimal and Paradise. Shortly after, he began self-releasing numerous originals himself though band camp and sound cloud in order to keep up with his ever increasing rate of production. After a short period of extremely positive feedback, Ear Jerker began performing regularly around San Francisco and started "The International", a monthly moombahton/global bass party at Public Works. Although Ear Jerker already has such a large body of work, his latest release "Signal:Noise" shows that there is much more to come.
